Thank you for shopping at VEUVIC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

 

1. Returns

 

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. You must provide a proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items include:

  • Sale or custom-made items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings.

  • Hand -crafted ceramic works.

To start a return, please email us at official@veuvic.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

 

2. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

 

3. Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. The best way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

4.Exceptions

 

Please note that ceramics and other fragile items are non-returnable. However, if your order is damaged during transit, please be assured that we will reach out to you directly to arrange for a suitable compensation or a refund.
