About Our Artworks
Q1: Are the artworks original? A: Yes, all artworks are original. Each piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Some of our exclusive, handcrafted creations feature a one-of-a-kind collector's number to certify their uniqueness.
Q2: Can I see how an artwork looks in my space? A: Certainly. Send us a photo of your wall, and we'll create a free digital mock-up for you later this year.
Q3: Are the colors accurate online? A: We photograph our art professionally, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. The physical work is always more vibrant.
Q4: What if the piece I want is sold? A: Contact us. We can notify you of new works by that artist or recommend similar pieces from our collection. For some of hand craft, we will connect the artist to made new one for you if possible.
The Buying Process
Q5: How do I buy an artwork? A: Simply add the artwork to your cart and proceed to our secure checkout. We accept Paypal now, we will achieve more payment method in the future, and We support payment via wire transfer for high-value transactions and wholesale accounts.
Q6: Are prices negotiable or are payment plans available? A: Our prices are firm to remain fair to our artists.
Shipping & Returns
Q7: How do you ship the art? A: We use museum-quality, custom packaging, and work with fine art shipping specialists to ensure safe delivery.
Q8: What are the shipping costs? A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the artwork's size and your location. We offer complimentary shipping for orders over [e.g., $400 USD].
Q9: Can I return an artwork? A: Yes, we offer a 3days approval period. You can return the work in its original condition for a full refund. The client covers return shipping. Please see our [Link to your Return Policy page] for details.

Q10: How can I submit my work? A: We welcome submissions. Please email your website link, CV, artist statement, and a PDF portfolio to hugh@veuvic.com. We will contact you if your work is a potential fit.
